Individual Therapy

We offer individual therapy for those seeking support and are highly committed to an individualized approach for supporting each client. Individual sessions typically begin weekly surrounding specific treatment goals and the frequency of sessions is adjusted as needs and progress change.

Family Therapy

We offer family therapy sessions to support healthy and supportive relationships. We also include family members as requested so that individual clients can incorporate family support. Family sessions can include couples, children, just one family member specifically: whatever would support each client (or family) best.

Shea Counseling believes in offering affordable access to therapeutic services to those where financial constraints are a barrier to receiving care. With that, we hold a select number of reduced rate slots for clients opting to not utilize insurance, which can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if this is something that you think may apply to you. *Subject to limitation based on provider availability and reduced rate reserved openings.

Shea Counseling is currently offering in-office sessions in Eden Prairie, MN.

Virtual sessions are available for those in MN, WI, as well as FL.

 
  • Shea Counseling is currently In-Network (INN) with HealthPartners, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, UMR, and Medica.

  • Shea Counseling is a credentialed OON provider with TRICARE.

  • For all other insurance companies, Shea Counseling is an Out of Network (OON) provider. Payment is due at time of services and completed electronically.

  • Upon request, Shea Counseling can provide you with a detailed invoice of services for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company for OON benefits. Please inform Shea Counseling if you would be utilizing your OON benefits before the first session.
